We’re excited to share our upcoming COP30 side event – Reimagining policy-making for climate action in UNFCCC: climate obstruction and Global South perspectives.
Whose voices shape the conversation on climate change? This panel delves into a key problem: climate obstruction. It also elevates a neglected set of knowledge that can bring new solutions for climate action: science from the Global South. We will release new publications on both topics.
Speakers:
Danielle Falzon, Rutgers University (Moderator)
Carlos Milani, Interdisciplinary Observatory on Climate Change (Rio de Janeiro State University)
Sarah Thompson, Université libre de Bruxelle
